Who we are
An 18,800 m² steel fabrication base in Fujian, China
Fujian Genhong Steel Structure Co., Ltd. fabricates steel structures and heavy steel components from our own manufacturing base in Shanghang County, Longyan — and ships them to projects at home and overseas.
The base was completed and put into production in 2023 as a Fujian Provincial Key Project. It is an intelligent assembly-type steel structure manufacturing base built around a single 18,804 m² workshop building with a maximum single span of 37.2 m — enough room to handle long and heavy members entirely in-house, without sending work out.
Three production lines — one heavy steel and two light steel — run on automated fabrication equipment supported by more than 40 overhead travelling cranes, including 50 t, 32 t, 20 t and 10 t units. Annual capacity is 50,000 t of steel structure. Cutting, drilling, assembly, welding, shot blasting, painting and export packing all happen under our own roof, under our own quality control.

What we fabricate
Steel structures and components, made to your drawings
Six families cover most of what we are asked to make. Everything starts from your drawings, your steel grades and your finishing specification — and runs from raw plate to coated, packed member in one plant.
Welded H-Beams & Steel Frames
Built-up H-sections, columns and beams in Q235B / Q355B and equivalent ASTM, EN and AS/NZS grades, with repetitive hole patterns for fast site erection.

Welded box sections and built-up plate girders, with a controlled welding sequence that holds camber and squareness along the full length of the member.

Pedestrian bridges, road bridge steelwork, overpass structures and public infrastructure — trial-assembled at full scale before delivery.
See it in our projects →Surface treatment and packing. Shot blasting to the specified grade, then priming, multi-coat painting or galvanizing. Members are then marked, bundled and racked for container shipment, with packing lists and shipping documents prepared so clearance on arrival is straightforward.

We hold our own import and export rights, so you deal with the manufacturer rather than a trading layer in the middle — questions get answered by the people doing the work.

Members marked, bundled and racked to survive ocean freight, with packing lists and shipping documentation prepared before the container is sealed.
